Mr. Dhiya Eidan Jabr Al-Shammari, the Dean of the CSIT, along with Dr. Ahmed Mohsen Mahdi, the Assistant Dean for Financial and Administrative Affairs, conducted a field tour within the college to observe and monitor the activities of the Engineering Unit, Agricultural Unit, and Maintenance and Services Unit. This was done to ensure the latest preparations before the start of the final examinations.
Al-Shammari directed all service units to fully mobilize their efforts in order to create a suitable atmosphere for our dear students during the exams, which will commence next Thursday, June 1, 2023. He emphasized the need to maintain and repair the generators and provide the necessary spare parts for them. Additionally, he stressed the importance of ensuring the proper functioning of cooling and air conditioning systems in the halls, providing students with clean drinking water, and directing the Agricultural Unit and Services Unit to provide irrigation water to all college gardens, as well as cleaning the halls, corridors, and passages.
Al-Shammari also emphasized the necessity of providing other logistical requirements that contribute to the success of the examination process.
