The advanced scientific workshop on academic writing and research skills commenced today, Sunday, June 25, 2023, at the College of Computer Science and Information Technology, Al-Qadisiyah University. The workshop was conducted by Assistant Professor Dr. Dhiah Al-Shammary and will continue after the Eid Al-Adha holiday for four days, including four high-quality lectures that cover various aspects of scientific research requirements and professional academic writing techniques.

The first day’s introduction provided a summary of the workshop’s overall agenda, dedicating the first day to the planning, preparation, and organization stages of scientific research writing. It emphasized following planned stages and avoiding random beginnings.

The scientific workshop was attended by many postgraduate students, and numerous faculty members and researchers participated in the workshop.
