The College of Computer Science and Information Technology at the University of Al-Qadisiyah held its comparative evaluation conference for the years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022, with the participation of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Dhiah Al-Shammary, the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Mohsen Mahdi, and the heads of scientific departments, Assistant Professor Dr. Qusai Omran Musa, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Saeed Dayem, and Mrs. Director of the Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Division at the college, Lecturer Miad Kazem Jard, in the presence of a large number of college employees
The conference reviewed indicators of scientific growth, which showed a qualitative leap in the number of scientific activities held in the college, including scientific seminars, workshops, and training courses. Al-Shammary has announced during the proceedings of the evaluation conference that the study of establishing another postgraduate program for a master’s degree in information systems has been lifted, and that preparations are still underway to complete the requirements for establishing a doctoral program in the computer science major.

The conference has reviewed the features of the college site, such as open and green spaces, and the renovation projects achieved and planned for the buildings and facilities of the college, which have brought about a tremendous development in the quality of work and services, the provision of modern scientific laboratories for students, and all that the student and employee require.
