An extensive campaign to maintain the electrical power generators has begun at the College. The campaign included all the generators to enhance the electricity generation readiness to its maximum levels, in preparation for the final exams of the second semester of the academic year 2022-2023.
This campaign came after a field inspection conducted by the college’s Dean, Assistant Professor Dr. Diaa Eidan Jabr Al-Shammari, who directed to expedite the maintenance process, emphasizing the importance of precision to ensure the highest level of services for our dear students during their final exams.
The campaign involved replacing several damaged components with parts from reputable global sources, and Al-Shammari stressed zero tolerance for any negligence, along with a focus on the quality and proficiency of the work.
Mr. Hakam Rahif Jalab, the responsible engineer for services and maintenance, stated that the work is progressing at an intensive pace. The highest engineering specifications have been selected, and the campaign is expected to result in a significant increase in the level of electricity generation, with a considerable difference compared to the current production.
