The Dean of the CSIT Dr. Dhiaa Eidan Jaber Al-Shammari, has directed the Monitoring Unit, Exam Committees, and invigilators to adhere to the examination instructions and ministerial guidelines and take the necessary actions to ensure their implementation. They are also urged to provide the highest level of support and assistance to fulfill all required services.

In collaboration with the Central Examination Committee of the college, the unit members have been strictly enforcing the prohibition of mobile devices in the examination halls since the first day of the exams. Students are required to submit their mobile devices using officially stamped cards, specifically prepared for this purpose. Additionally, signal-jamming devices have been deployed within the halls to prevent any unauthorized communication.

The teaching staff has played a vital role in monitoring and supervising the progress of the exams in the halls, ensuring a smooth and secure environment that facilitates the students’ performance. They have diligently worked to overcome any obstacles that could hinder the conduct of the exams. Their efforts have contributed to the continuation of the final exams in a peaceful and conducive atmosphere, where students are provided with all necessary services and support.
We extend our best wishes to the dear students, hoping for their success and continued achievements throughout their academic journey.
