The Central Examination Monitoring Committee conducted an inspection visit to the examination halls and the examination committee headquarters at the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology to observe the progress of the examination process. The visit was attended by the Dean of the Faculty, Assistant Professor Dhiaa Eidan Al-Shammari, and his administrative assistant.
The committee reviewed the services provided to the students inside the examination halls, such as the provision of air conditioning and lighting, ensuring that the examination questions comply with the ministry’s requirements, as well as the presence of invigilators. They also examined the procedures for recording grades and maintaining records and the required standards set by the examination committees.
Furthermore, the committee commended the level of services provided and the high preparedness of the faculty, including the various cooling mechanisms, which included a centralized economic cooling system. At the end of the visit, Al-Shammari expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the committee members for their visit and their supportive efforts.
