The Dean Dr. Dhiaa Eidan Jabbar Al-Shammari, and Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Mohsen Mahdi has announced the completion of the electrical maintenance works in the registration unit.
They also announced the college’s plans to launching for a large-scale campaign immediately after the final exams to maintain the main power supply units and include a new design by a specialized team for load redistribution and the establishment of a central electrical control unit for all college buildings and facilities.
Dr. Ahmed Mohsen explained that the campaign comes in accordance with the college’s deanery’s directives to prioritize dealing with power generators, redistributing electrical loads, and establishing a systematic central control, which resulted in adding 250kV to the electrical power generation capacity of the college, with a total generation capacity reaching 950kV, enabling comprehensive power supply and full operation of all college facilities.
